Returns Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date that you received it. Please notify customer service within the timescale specified to return the item. If you receive an incorrect product we will gladly arrange an exchange. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product please contact customer service who will advise you of what action needs to be taken.

Software and electronic media such as opened DVD’s, CD’s, Blue-rays and games.
Personalized items
Gift cards
Certain Jewellery items.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same re-salable condition that you received it. Any clothing must still display the clothing tags. Please ensure that the delivery note and reason for return is also enclosed in the package.

Please ensure that you clearly print your order reference and return address on the outside of the parcel.

Shipping Charges

Refunds do not include any shipping charges and are therefore non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your returned item during shipment.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, most refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned item, however this may vary due to different banking processing times.

Damaged/Defective Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product please contact customer service who will advise you of what action needs to be taken. We will either replace any damaged/defective goods or refund you the cost which will include shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product you have 30 days from the date that you received it to do so. Please notify customer Product(s) Text or Images by either phone or e-mail within the timescale specified. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible. If however we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we will issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. Please refer to our refund guidelines. If you receive an incorrect product we will gladly arrange an exchange. Exchange Timescales

Exchange items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt and approval of your returned item.

Additional Shipping Costs

There are no additional shipping charges when we ship your exchange item to you. You are only responsible for paying to send your unwanted item back to our fulfillment center.

Damaged/Defective Product

Cancelling faulty & Misdescribed Product

By law we have a legal duty to supply products that conform with our Terms of Use. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If not, you as a consumer are entitled by law to return them. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return, refund or details written in our Terms of Use.

Summary of Your Key Legal Rights

  • Up to 30 days: if your item is faulty, then you are then entitled to a full refund.
  • Up to six months: if your faulty item can't be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
  • Up to six years: if the item can be expected to last up to six years you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or, if that doesn't work, some of your money back.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Rights Directive, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place the order through our site and ends 30 days from the day that you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, this period will run from when you receive the last batch. Our terms and conditions will not affect your rights under this act.

If you have ordered a product to be delivered to a third party that has been specified in the order, then the third party acquires physical possession of the goods and must adhere to the cancellation deadline.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must contact our customer services by email or phone providing a clear indication of your cancellation.

Effects of Cancellation

You will be reimbursed the full payment of your order to your original method of payment. Delivery charges will not be included in this cost unless the product is faulty or not as described, or whereby we are otherwise at fault. In this case, we reserve the right not to reimburse any supplementary delivery costs other than the standard delivery costs offered by us when placing the order.

We reserve the right to make any deductions from the reimbursement for any loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that you have returned the Products; or
  • if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us that of the cancellation of the order. You are responsible for the costs of returning the Products. We recommend that you return the Products using a tracked method, and signature required method to obtain proof of delivery.

All reimbursements will be applied to the same method of payment you made at the point of purchase, unless you have expressed otherwise. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or you have supplied us with evidence that the product has been returned us.
